John Tisbury is known for using shadows to create intrigue and mystery, so the bits you can't see become as important as the bits you can.

His aim in this shoot was to create some artistic shots for glamour model Louisa Lockhart. Though she is not wearing underwear in this shot, careful positioning means she is completely covered by the heel of her shoe. In true Tisbury style, this adds a little tease about what is there but hidden from view.

"Louisa was really pleased with the images we created," he reveals, "so just before she gave up modelling I put together a book of all our work. She was so proud of it she even showed it to her mum. I hope she still has it and looks back on our images fondly."
