"Although taken very recently, this has become one of my most popular images in a very short space of time," says artist John Tisbury.

Tisbury acquired the Kartini chair in this image, named after the Indonesian national heroine Raden Ayu Kartini, as he loved the curves and symmetry of the design. 

Though the model featured is ballet trained, the ballet boots she wears belong to the artist: "I've built up quite a collection of these types of shoe and boot over the years as many models just do not own this type of fetish footwear."
